Product Description
1. With the unique magnetic circuit and special high performance alnico treated by special technology, it can resist high-temperature with long life.
2. Using the alternatively clockwise and anticlockwise, the solution can be stirred effectively with adjustable speed and interval.
3. The electric consumption for our permanent magnetic stirrer is less than 10 percent of electromagnetic stirrer under the same tonnage.
4. Matching with the perfect wind-cooling system, the working temperature can be controlled with 65º C
5. High efficiency, continuous work, safety, environmental protection.
6. Equipped with the advanced remote controlling system, it has a high degree of automation and its operation is simple and convenient.
This equipment is installes at the bottom of on-line tank melting pool that is in the middle of furnace and degassing. It can work continuously with high stirring speed and avoid the change of chemical composition efficiently. It suits for old furnace that is difficult to change for on-line stirring or furnace with the weight below 2 tons for bottom stirring.
