Product Description

Work Principle:
With principle of impact, press and mill roller mill crushes material. The gap between milling ring and axis is wide, when milling ring frame revolutes with main axis, it throw to milling circle by centrifugal force, and press inside milling ring tightly rotating with pin. The material will be impacted, crushed as passing through gap between milling ring and milling circle. The crushed material is brought to the classifying chamber to be classified. The certificate products are collected while the coarse are returned to the crushing chamber for further crush. There are one or two milling rings. As the double milling rings works, the material in the gap between milling ring and milling circle will be crushed again. So the customer can get their wanted product.

It is arranged to pulverize the material with hardness below 5 such as calcium carbonate, talcum powder, bauxite, kaolin, diatomaceous earth, detonate, graphite, limestone, calcite, marble stone, barite, gypsum, pottery clay, chalk, dolomite, mica, illite, leaf agalmatolite, vermiculite, sepiolite, concave-convex good stone, rectories, alum stone, fluorspar, tablet ore, potassium ore, pumice etc, Oxidized iron oxide red, oxidized ferric chloride, aluminum oxide, dye, papermaking, burning inhibitor, building materials, agricultural chemicals.
