Product Description

Work Principle:
Compressed air brings material that need to be milled into the milling chamber though feeding air jet, compressed air distributes in the several milling air jets uniformly, the air jets release transonic air current, high speed air current forms a strong revolving current in the milling chamber and make the particles in the milling chamber crash and rub with each other to get the super tiny powder.

Main Characters:
A) The equipment is suitable for dry crisp particle milling, the particle size can be D50¡Ü5um.
B) The wall of chamber is made of corundum ceramic or special wearable material which is suitable for milling hard material.
C) Temperature of milling process is lower than normal, so it is suitable to mill low melting point, heat sensitive material.
D) The exit can be adjusted up or down so to largen the range of the particle size.
E) Simple structure, no mechanical driving device inside, easy to unpick and wash.

Using Range:
Suitable for chemistry, mine, electron, medicine, dope, dye, pesticide, food, feed and other industry.
