Product Description
Scope of application:
It can be used for the port of coal transport, large-scale thermal power plants, mine and building materials. It can also work in the harsh environment such as dust, humidity, salt fog.
Products Characteristics:
It completely solved the heat release, suction and acclimation problems of general separator.
Technology Characteristics:
1. The exciting coil using hierarchical structure which can greatly improve the coil cooling capacity by making cooling coil media contacted full with coil.
2. The rising of coil temperature is only 30 º C, which greatly slowing the aging rate of the coil and extended the using life of the Separators.
3. The application of high insulation, cooling medium of suitable boiling point raises the coil of electrical insulation properties to ensure safe and reliable operation.
4. Using the principle of thermodynamic phase change to cool coil, ensure that electromagnetic separator running at low speed, and make the temperature evenly distributed.
5. After absorbing heat to boil away, then let the density change to cause the closed circulatory system without external drive.
6. The attractions under cold state and hot state have small difference due to its circulatory system has good adaptive and self-adjustment ability. And the temperature doesn't change with the outside environment.
7. Coil isolated from the outside and sealed structure that can be used in any harsh environments.
